Defective or Incorrect Items - Full refunds apply. Shipping to return the item will be provided. You have 15 days from the day you receive your order to explain the defect before returning the product to us. Freight damage claims must be filed with the carrier.

Non-Defective Items - If you are returning non-defective merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Your refund will consist of the original purchase price minus any shipping charges that we incurred when we shipped your order. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Personalized Products - There are no returns on personalized products, unless the personalization has a misspelling or the incorrect product was personalized. Assembled and personalized favors are non-refundable/non-returnable.
